Prior experience includes Development By 5, was an independent commercial developer in Las Vegas.

Phillip Dunning

Phillip Dunning has been an active Salesperson in the Las Vegas Valley since 2006 and a valued brokerage member of MDL Group since 2008. Phil’s Commercial Real Estate career started in 2005 when he purchased his first commercial development. His experience includes 9 years in the customer service industry, where he owned and operated his own restaurant in California. Phil still works on a contract basis as an appraiser’s assistant for Dean Appraisal Group and LS Appraisal, both in Arizona.

Lisa Hauger has been in the commercial real estate for over twenty years. Her career in commercial real estate began in Los Angeles, CA where she worked on management and leasing on commercial projects in Oregon, Washington, Texas and California for R & B Properties. In 1983, Lisa became Vice President of Marketing for Triton Property Management, a syndicated real estate company based in Southern California.

Prior experience includes owning and operating Hagfeldt Investment Properties, located in Great Falls, Montana, for 12 years.
