MDL Group is a privately owned, licensed Real Estate Brokerage and Asset Management Company, founded in 1989, by Carol Cline-Ong and Curt Anderson.

Carol Cline-Ong, President:
Carol is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and currently is the Secretary/Treasurer for the Southern Nevada Chapter, she also currently chairs the Executive Board for the LIED Institute of Real Estate Studies at UNLV. Carol holds the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Management Association (BOMA) and has a Real Estate Broker/Salesperson License. Carol brings twenty years of experience in all areas of management, development, leasing and sales.
Curt Anderson, Broker:
Curt brings thirty years of experience in all areas of real estate investment, development and operations. He holds a Real Estate Broker License and is a Certified Public Accountant and shareholder in Fair, Anderson & Langerman, a local CPA firm. Curt is a past president of the Opportunity Village Board of Directors and currently serves on the Opportunity Village Foundation Board. His is also the treasurer of the Police Athletic League (PAL).
