We are back on site at the SOUTHERN NEVADA NAIOP March Program. The title was Welcome to Possible! A NAIOP National Tour Around the Country – vacant deserts, farmlands, and blighted areas transformed to corporate headquarter hubs!
SHAWN DANOSKI and I sat down to discuss our Takeaways from this program. Shawn is the 2019 NAIOP Chapter President and CEO of DC BUILDING GROUP, a leading general contracting firm in Las Vegas, NV.

This was a different kind of NAIOP breakfast program with Rick taking us through his NAIOP journey traveling the country for NAIOP conferences. It is at these conferences that Rick has visited dynamic projects where companies are investing billions of dollars, corporations are leasing space a million square feet at a time, and relationships are established with real estate professionals who are moving markets.
