Graphics & Social Media Coordinator

Mission:

To maintain brand standards established that communicate the Company’s Core Values. Orchestrate the execution of marketing strategy and campaigns, and establish processes, while collaborating with broker support team, agents, and leadership team while working alongside the graphic design team to provide quality designed marketing collateral (i.e. property brochures, property e-blasts, postcards, mailers, online marketing – uploading information and updating listing sites, design ads, newsletters, signage etc.)

To evaluate all digital/social media marketing strategies for the company and its commercial real estate agents.

Expected Outcomes:

Brand Development:

  • Ensure branding consistency throughout all material and content templates (OM’s, Brochures, Proposals, e-blasts, social content, postcards, etc.)
  • Devote adequate time to graphic design production – provide immediate back-up for graphic design
  • Design, develop and distribution of custom collateral including team materials, promotional materials, custom direct mail, etc.
  • Work with marketing team to create results-driven, strategic marketing plans for the company and agents using proven digital and traditional platforms and mediums.

 

Design & Marketing
o   Provide effective and cleanly designed consistent collateral
o   Production of all new listing flyers and OM’s
o   Create and update collateral for all property listings, drawing/redrawing of floor plans/site plans/creating maps etc.
o   Manage, update and complete listing requests/changes sent via Astro
o   Interact with brokers on an as need basis and deliver team specific collateral that is within the company’s branding guidelines
o   Help in preparing monthly broker meeting and companywide all hands presentations (gathering information, images, properties for the presentation)
o   Collaborate within the department to continually work to update and improve collateral
o   Willingness to share project workload when overloaded

 

Digital/Social Media Marketing

o   Manage online marketing strategies through social medial accounts

o   Publish consistent content to increase brand awareness, generate sales and leads, and boost community engagement

o   Implement and increase brand awareness through curated content

o   Create paid and organic digital marketing campaigns that align with company marketing plan

o   Produce video content for social platforms

o   Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries

o   Stay up to date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness

 

Skills Required:
