Michael Dunn, SIOR, joined MDL Group in 2019 as a Senior Vice President with over 40 years of commercial real estate experience, 33 years of which were in the Las Vegas Market.
Mike brings clients a truly unique set of skills, experiences, and credentials, including representing large developers and tenants in leasing, sales, and development of office and industrial buildings.
Early in his career, Mike worked for three (3) institutional developers; Lincoln Property Company in Dallas, The Howard Hughes Corporation, and American Nevada Company in Las Vegas. This experience provided a solid foundation by being directly responsible for marketing and leasing a combined portfolio of 3.5 million square feet of office and industrial buildings.
In 2003 Mike took his experience and entered the commercial brokerage business joining Cushman & Wakefield (formerly Commerce Real Estate Solutions). A consistent top producer and recognized by his peers as one of the top leasing and sales commercial brokers in Southern Nevada. Mike spent 15 years at Cushman & Wakefield specializing in office and industrial properties, with the last 4-years as Managing Principal of the Las Vegas office.
During his long career, Michael has consummated approximately 2,700 lease and sale transactions totaling over 17 Million Square Feet and valued at over $2 Billion dollars. Renowned for an unquestionable fiduciary commitment to his clients and the Las Vegas community. He has represented companies from every major industry group including, banking, law, insurance, accounting, engineering, healthcare, internet, media, title, education, financial, technology, and mortgage.
When he’s not working, Mike enjoys traveling, boating, and coaching his three kids in their sports activities.
