Ryan Martin, SIOR, CCIM is an office product type specialist. He is a Senior Vice President with MDL Group where he focuses on representing various clients with investment sales, build-to-suits, tenant representation and agency landlord assignments.
Ryan is a graduate of the University of Nevada Reno where he earned a degree in Finance. It was also at UNR, where Ryan met his wife Rachel a native to Las Vegas. He is an aspiring ski bum, enjoys golf, and cherishes his thirteen-year-old daughter Lily and ten-year-old son Colton.
Mr. Martin is proud to have started his career in the Reno office of Trammell Crow Company (TCC) – regarded as one of the nation’s leading commercial real estate development and investment companies. Opportunity with Trammell Crow allowed Ryan and Rachel to relocate to Las Vegas to be close to family. Ryan was charged with pre-leasing Cheyenne Corporate Center, at the time, the largest speculative distribution center (420,000 SF) built in Southern Nevada. Simultaneously, Martin would stand up the Las Vegas Brokerage operation for TCC.
With the sale of Trammell Crow to CBRE, Ryan joined Colliers International in 2006. During Ryan’s twelve-year career at Colliers International he worked on the most active office team in the Las Vegas market. His assignments included The HC | Hughes Center® (1.2M SF agency assignment), IGT Campus (sold campus for $75M, completed a $77M, 180 Mo. sale-lease-back, followed with a $75M NNN Investment Sale) and representing LENNAR in consolidating all of their brands (title, mortgage, residential building, marketing etc.) into 86,795 RSF at Marnell Corporate Center IV, for 130 months, just to name a few.
