Ben Millis serves as Vice President at MDL Group where he syndicates commercial real estate partnerships throughout the Las Vegas market. He has completed hundreds of transactions valued in excess of $500 million throughout his career.
With over 20 years of experience in the Las Vegas commercial real estate market, Mr. Millis brings a wealth of expertise to MDL Group as both a seasoned broker and an active investor. In addition to his brokerage work, he has served as the managing partner for more than 25 investment properties across the Las Vegas valley. His extensive leadership background includes an eight-year tenure as a Principal at Avison Young and eight years as the Managing Director of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s Las Vegas office. Earlier in his career, he served as Vice President of Industrial Sales and Leasing at NAI Global. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Mr. Millis reached the rank of Sergeant and was distinguished with four Certificates of Commendation and two Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals.
Mr. Millis achieved the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation, the leading global professional office and industrial real estate affiliation, representing today’s most knowledgeable, experienced, and successful commercial real estate specialists.
Mr. Millis earned his Bachelor of Business Administration dual degree in real estate and urban land economics as well as management and human resources from the University of Wisconsin–Madison Real Estate Program, where he graduated with distinction (top 10% of his class).
