Brendon Pereira joins MDL Group with a focus on retail commercial real estate, specializing in tenant representation, leasing, and retail investment sales. Rooted in service and driven by community, Brendon brings a people-first mindset and a deep understanding of Las Vegas’ local market to his clients.
Brendon earned his Bachelor in Biological Sciences from Nevada State University and later pursued graduate studies in Public Health at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. While advancing his education, he worked across various restaurants and events as a bartender and server. Having grown up in a family that worked in Las Vegas hospitality for years, Brendon developed a natural familiarity with the business and a lasting interest in the local market.
With that foundation, he discovered a passion for commercial real estate and chose to specialize in retail — an area where community connection and economic impact come together.
Outside of real estate, Brendon enjoys traveling, food, fitness, and exploring how cities and cultures shape the way people live and do business.
