Jazz Gunn is an Associate at MDL Group, where he focuses on the sale and leasing of commercial real estate throughout the Las Vegas market. He began his career with MDL Group as a brokerage intern after connecting with the firm at the UNLV Real Estate Career Expo and has since progressed into his current role as an Associate.
Originally from Denver, Jazz moved to Southern California to pursue his education and collegiate Basketball. Following this endeavor Jazz relocated to Las Vegas and continued his studies at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he is pursuing a degree in Finance. He also holds an associate degree in Business Administration from Mt. San Jacinto College.
Jazz’s background as a competitive athlete has shaped the discipline, resilience, and work ethic he brings to commercial real estate. He is focused on continuing to develop his market knowledge, build strong client relationships, and help businesses and property owners navigate their real estate needs.
Outside of work, Jazz enjoys staying active, volunteering at his church, and spending time with his family, whom he credits as his greatest source of motivation.
