Sale Activity
In the second quarter, 71 industrial transactions closed with a total volume of $151,037,792.
The 71 buildings totaled 876,813 square feet, and the average price per square foot equated to $232.58.

One of the most significant transactions that occurred within the Las Vegas industrial market was the sale of 9530 S. Rainbow Blvd. The property was sold on May 29, 2026, for $21,180,000. The building totaled 79,325 square feet and sold for $267 per square foot.
The Buyer was Richtech Rainbow Holdings LLC, and the Seller was Psif Ebs Rainbow Llc.
