This year’s Annual Summer Party was more than just a seasonal gathering, it was a celebratory birthday for MDL Group as we marked 37 years of serving the Las Vegas Metro market.
More Than just a Work Event, It’s an MDL Family Party
We strongly believe that when you hire or join MDL Group, you are not just getting a service or a job, you are connecting with a team that values long-term partnerships. To honor that culture, we ensured that immediate family members were absolutely invited to Red Rock Lanes to join in the fun!
A highlight of the evening was seeing our team members introduce their partners and children to their colleagues. This inclusivity is part of The MDL Way, and we know our success depends on the support our team receives both in and out of the office. It was a joy to see everyone together, celebrating another great year.
A Perfect Score for Food and Fun
The atmosphere at Red Rock Lanes was perfect for bringing everyone together. We enjoyed a fantastic spread of food and beverages, and the conversation flowed easily about everything except commercial real estate for the entire three hours.
When it came to the main event on the lanes, the competition was fierce yet entirely friendly. It did not matter if someone was a bowling pro who potentially played on their middle or high school team, or someone who simply thought a gutter ball counted as participation. We wanted every person there, and the entire team delivered with great energy and genuine camaraderie.

As we looked around the event, we were reminded that 37 years of market leadership in Las Vegas does not happen by accident. Our longevity comes from consistency, transparency, and high ethical standards. It also comes from retaining great talent by fostering a supportive, family-like corporate culture.
