With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Steven is a Las Vegas native and began his career in 2004 in the Las Vegas industrial market with Voit Commercial Brokerage. In those early years, he developed a keen understanding of commercial real estate dynamics, successfully managing a portfolio of industrial properties and negotiating complex transactions in one of the most competitive markets in the country with the leading brokers in the market.
In 2011 Steven moved to Seattle, WA and was responsible for sourcing over $300,000,000 of off-market development sites for national and regional developers. Specializing in mid-rise, high-rise, and residential site selection, he leveraged his knowledge of zoning code, market knowledge and entitlement insights to identify sites for urban development in an increasingly tight and competitive environment.
Steven and his wife Julie moved his family back home to the Las Vegas Valley in 2024 to be closer to friends and family and reunite with the real estate community.
