After all these years, we are now parting company… in a good way. When was it I first met you… 1997? I interviewed several management companies but there was something about MDL that I really liked, probably 2 things: the CEO Carol and the fact that your company was smaller than others and appeared to care more about the job at hand. MDL has done a great job over the years in managing my property. The property manager did a wonderful job! When it came time to sell, the staff was great with our attorney and buyers keeping the sale on-going. MDL Group was a great asset to Rite Aid. I am not so sure the sale would have happened without your quick action. Thank you so much.
