We determine the retention period according to fixed objective criteria: Newsletter data is retained for as long as the individual remains subscribed. If the individual unsubscribes, their information is removed from active marketing lists, while limited records may be retained as necessary to document the unsubscribe request and comply with applicable legal requirements.
