We are still riding the high from MDL Group’s annual summer birthday at Red Rock Lanes in Las Vegas. This wasn’t just a company outing. It was a full-on celebration of what makes MDL Group special—our people.
We had 75 adults and 39 kids at the party. That’s a lot of bowling shoes to lace up and a lot of high-fives flying around! Every department was in attendance from Accounting to Administrative Assistants, Brokers and Broker Support, Property Managers, the Leadership Team and even the co-founders were there! Most importantly, everyone brought their children and significant others.
There’s no better way to explain it than this from our CEO, Hayim Mizrachi: “We say it all the time. We often spend more waking hours at work than at home. At MDL Group, it’s clear that people matter. Seeing our team, their families, and even their kids come together reminds us that what we’re building isn’t just a business with coworkers. It’s a chosen family.”
The energy was electric with everyone fully engaged in the celebration! It’s not simply a party, but an opportunity for people to connect in new ways. Departments mingled. Friend groups blended. New faces were welcomed. Spouses met teammates. Everyone took turns holding the newest MDL family members (babies). Kids got high-fived by grown-ups they’d never met before. It was more like a family reunion than an office gathering.
MDL Group isn’t just where we work. It’s where we belong. We commit to each other, not because we have to, but because we want to. Because we share values and meaningful connections. That’s what we saw at the party. That’s what we feel every day. Building MDL Group around family and community strengthens how we serve the property owners who trust us.
Here’s to 36 years and to everyone who has helped shape MDL Group into the family it is today. We’re looking forward to the next 36 years!
