We were on site at the NAIOP Southern Nevada February Program. The title was Experience This: The Retail Renaissance.
This program delivered everything we have come to expect from a NAIOP breakfast. There were 260 people that registered to attend. It was informative and relevant. And each of the panelists shared openly so the audience got real value – which is what NAIOP is about.
In this episode I sat down with the moderator and two of the panelists. Unfortunately Bryan Wachter have to leave early so only those in attendance got to hear his insights. Let me tell you, he did not disappoint. Listen in and hear for yourself what they had to say about their unique perspective of the retail market. I asked them to recap the highlights of what they shared on the panel, and any additional Takeaways that each of them wanted to share with the audience.
