There are currently 4,963,701 square feet under construction, a decrease of 4,986,466 square feet (-50.11%) compared to this time last year.
Sale Activity
In the third quarter, 70 industrial transactions closed with a total volume of $231,222,480.
The 70 buildings totaled 1,265,250 square feet, and the average price per square foot equated to $246.76.
Current market Cap Rates average 5.8%.
Mark of a Market.
One of the most significant transactions that occurred within the Las Vegas industrial market was the sale of 3130 N. Lamb Blvd – Cheyenne Industrial Park. The property was sold on September 18, 2025, for $23,500,000. The building totaled 104,440 square feet and sold for $225.01 per square foot.
The Buyer was LC Industries, and the Seller was Rockefeller Group.
