In the first quarter, 13 industrial transactions closed with a total volume of $143,066,508. The 13 buildings totaled 1,431,410 square feet and the average price per square foot equated to $99.95 per square foot.

One of the largest transactions that has occurred within the first quarter in the Las Vegas market is the sale of LogistiCenter at 3515 N. Las Vegas Blvd. This 546,480 square-foot industrial building sold for $54,270,399 or $99.31 per square foot. The property sold on 2/25/19 as part of a 54 property portfolio across 10 U.S. markets. The Buyer was Colony Industrial. The Seller was Dermody Properties.
