Sale Activity
In the First quarter, 97 retail transactions closed with a total sales volume of $197,547,821. The 97 buildings totaled 2,372,670 square feet and the average price per square foot equated to $292.92 per square foot.

One of the largest transactions (excluding the resort corridor and specialty properties) that occurred within the Las Vegas market is the sale of 9200 W. Sahara Avenue. This 42,630 square foot was sold for $6,520,000 or $153 per square foot. The property was sold on 03/26/2025. The Buyer was 9200 W. Sahara Ave. Owner LLC and The Seller was Ashley Real Estate LLC
