The new team members joining MDL Group are:
Buck Hujabre (Senior Vice President):
Buck Hujabre is a seasoned professional with a remarkable track record in commercial real estate. Before joining MDL Group, Buck served as the Chief Executive Officer of Keller Williams Realty Southwest, where he led a team of over 150 agents with an annual production of $60 million. His fluency in multiple languages, coupled with his deep understanding of business cultures worldwide, positions him as an international business expert. Buck’s expertise encompasses commercial investment, asset acquisition and disposition, non-traditional value-add tenancy, financial restructuring, and more. He has been a pivotal figure in the real estate marketplace, particularly in the transition surrounding the state referendum and legalization of recreational cannabis. Buck is also regarded as an authority on the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Visa program and specializes in sourcing overseas investment.
Brian Singleton (Associate):
Brian Singleton is a dynamic addition to MDL Group, working alongside Senior Vice President Buck Hujabre. Brian boasts over a decade of experience in the Food & Beverage and industrial sales industries, establishing himself in the Las Vegas business community. His market knowledge, strategic insights, and strong negotiation skills have earned him a reputation for delivering exceptional value to clients. Brian, a proud UNLV graduate, is deeply connected to the Las Vegas market and is passionate about travel, food & wine, and sports activities.
Damian van Loon (Associate):
Damian van Loon’s passion for real estate began during his university years when he acquired his first multi-family real estate investment. Over the past two decades, Damian has been involved in the sales and marketing of over $1 billion of real estate across Canada and the United States. With a Bachelor of Commerce degree and extensive experience in both single-family and commercial real estate, Damian excels at understanding clients’ individual needs and matching them with the right properties. His practical knowledge of Las Vegas submarkets and diverse culture makes him a standout in the industry.
Jerdin Lindquist (Associate):
Jerdin Lindquist is an Associate at MDL Group, bringing ten years of customer service experience from luxury resorts in Las Vegas to his real estate career. He is committed to building lasting client relationships and leveraging his market knowledge to secure ideal commercial spaces for businesses to thrive. Jerdin is an undergraduate student at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, majoring in Business Administration with a focus on Real Estate and Marketing. He actively participates in industry-related associations and is dedicated to staying at the forefront of industry trends.
Peter Charland (Associate):
With a background rooted in finance on Wall Street and over a decade of experience in the financial technology sector, Peter Charland Jr. adds a unique financial perspective to MDL Group’s team. His command of financial markets makes him a trusted partner for clients seeking commercial real estate investment opportunities. Peter prioritizes building lasting relationships and providing tailored solutions to help clients achieve their investment goals.
Kenneth Arevalo (Associate):
Kenneth Arevalo joins MDL Group representing various clients with commercial investment sales, tenant representation and agency landlord assignments within office product types. Kenneth has lived in Las Vegas for more than a decade and calls this city home. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Kenneth comes from a lineage of accomplished real estate professionals and is a third-generation Broker. Growing up in Hawaii, he was exposed to the dynamic realm of real estate from an early age. To this day, his family’s more than 60 years of combined experience help them operate their thriving real estate business in Oahu.
Jaydin Moore (Associate):
Jaydin is currently an undergraduate at UNLV, pursuing his Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Real Estate and Urban Economics. Jaydin is the President of the UNLV Real Estate & Business Society (REBS), where he coordinates insightful site tours, networking events, and engaging panel discussions with industry luminaries to benefit society members. Alongside his partner, Mervat Berry, Jaydin excels in lease representation for retail properties and investment sales. Jaydin is a founder of the Nevada Beta Chapter of the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity. His contributions as Treasurer and Member Educator have garnered international recognition, elevating the impact of these programs on a global scale.
