We have had the pleasure of working with MDL Group on a number of projects over the last several years. I have worked with various asset managers within the company and have never encountered a situation they didn’t handle with expediency and complete professionalism. One instance that comes to mind is when I happened to come in early on a Saturday morning to discover that someone had broken into one of our tenants suites. Since it appeared nobody knew about it, I called MDL. Since it was about 6:30 in the morning on a Saturday, their answering service took the call and within 10 minutes I had received a call back from our asset manager and they had already called the security company as well as Metro. Another thing that comes to mind is how they often go above and beyond what we pay them for just to make sure we are happy.
