MDL Group/CORFAC International brokers were honored by the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR) Southern Nevada Chapter Awards, receiving “Top Producer” honors in both Independent Broker categories. Jarrad Katz, CCIM, SIOR, Executive Vice President and principal, was recognized as a top producer in the industrial category, and Ryan Martin, CCIM, SIOR, Senior Vice President, was recognized in the office category. The program recognizes SIOR’s for their outstanding achievement, deal volume and industry leadership throughout the year.

- 33 lease transactions totaling more than 117,000SF for Harsch Investment Properties
- A lease of 45,000SF at 7350 Prairie Falcon Road to the Las Vegas Basketball Center
- A 25,000SF lease to 3G Productions representing Prologis
