I am blessed to be around remarkable people and to attend dynamic events. There are always Takeaways to learn. That is what I am sharing on this podcast.
Takeaways – Life. Lessons. Learned. explores learning from the wisdom of others.
Happy New Year!! It’s that time of year where we get to reflect and account for the previous year’s activities and results. In this case its sitting down with Angelica Marie Clemmer to conclude Season 2 of Takeaways.
Angelica and I were at the Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation gala at the end of November. I asked her a question about something going on in her life. She turned to me and said, “you know so much about me I don’t feel like I know anything about you. I should come on your podcast and interview you!” Angelica shared her story as a survivor of domestic abuse in S1:E12.
This Season 2 Recap is a bit different. It’s not as much about the podcast as it is about me and my life. Angelica really prepared for this speaking to my friends, coworkers and even my wife!
Here are just a few of the Takeaways that we discussed on this episode.
- What were the influences of my life childhood?
- Why did I make the decision to pivot professionally?
- How do I think about this next decade from 40 to 50 years old?
From all of us here at Takeaways, I want to thank you for tuning in (whether it was one episode or several); I want to thank you for you generous comments and feedback throughout the year; and I want to wish you the very best of this new decade with health and prosperity!
Just for fun here is a list of the Top 5 most popular episodes from Season 2. They are ordered from the most downloaded down:
